A: Updating your information is easy. You can update your information at any time on the profile update page.
Q: Can I share my account with someone else?
A: Since it is important that a survey invitation sent to you is completed by you, please do not share your account with friends or family members. Remember, membership is free, so encourage your friends and family to sign up and receive their own surveys.
Q: How do I cancel my E-Poll account?
A: Are you sure you have to go? We would love for you to stick around, but if you must leave us you may do so here.
Q: Will my E-Poll points ever expire?
A: E-Poll points never expire as long as you complete at least one survey every 12 months and your account is in good standing. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Q: I recently completed a survey. Were points added to my account?
A: Points are added to your account immediately after completing a survey. However, if you do not see them in your Activity Summary or Rewards Store, log out and then log in to your account again. The points should now be updated.
Q: I see that E-Poll has a Refer-a-Friend program. Do I receive any points for each person I refer to E-Poll?
A: We appreciate it when you refer E-Poll to your friends, but we do not offer points for referrals.

Q: What happens when I connect my Facebook account with E-Poll?
A: After connecting your Facebook account to E-Poll we will post to your wall when you complete a survey, cash in points from our Rewards Store or win a drawing.
Q: How do I disconnect my Facebook account from E-Poll?
A: Login to Facebook and click on "Account Settings". Click on "Apps". Click the X next to the E-Poll app to disconnect your Facebook account.
