How can I become a member?
A:
Easy. Just fill out the signup form and tell us a bit about yourself. You will then be asked to confirm your registration. After this, you will be offered your first survey. Completing this survey is worth 100 points - you're on your way to earning your first reward!
Q:
How much does it cost to join?
A:
Nothing! Membership is and always will be free. Taking surveys earns you points that you can apply towards E-Poll Rewards.
Q:
Why do you ask so many questions about me?
A:
In order to send you surveys that are appropriate and meaningful to you, we need to gather some information. This way, you will only receive surveys with questions about products and services that are relevant to you. For example, a video game company might be interested in surveying younger aged males who are more likely to play video games. In this case, we would need to know age and gender to email that survey to the right audience. Rest assured, your personal information is never shared with anyone. Why do you ask for my mailing address?
A:
We need your mailing address for gift certificates and other rewards that are mailed to you by the postal service.
Q:
Do I need any special software to participate?
A:
E-Poll surveys require you to have a modern web browser enabled to accept cookies.

Can I participate if I live outside the US?
A:
Currently we only accept signups from people residing in the U.S. but we will be accepting international members in the near future.
Q:
Can more than one person signup using the same email address?
A:
No. Each E-Poll member must have a unique email address to identify them. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Q:
I already have an account with E-Poll. Can my spouse, roommate, or children sign up using their own email address?
A:
Unfortunately, we only allow one member per household to sign up with E-Poll. All others 13 and older living at the same residence are not eligible for E-Poll membership. In order to ensure unbiased results for our research, it is important that each E-Poll member live at a unique residence. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
