What rewards do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of rewards: everything from CDs and DVDs at Amazon.com to gift cards from stores such as Starbucks and Target. Or, if you are in a giving mood, you may donate your points to charity. Go to the E-Poll Rewards Store to see a complete list of rewards and the required point values.

Do you offer cash rewards?
A:
No. We do, however, offer gift cards from retailers such as Amazon.com that may be applied toward any one of a million products, including CDs and movies. We also allow you to donate your points to charity if you wish.

Can I donate my points to charity?
A:
Absolutely! E-Poll has relationships with a number of different charitable organizations. Please visit the E-Poll Rewards Store to view a list of charities you may donate your points to.

Do you offer any rewards that can be sent electronically?
A:
Yes, we have PayPal and Amazon rewards which are sent electronically. Donations are also made electronically. However, please note that electronic rewards are not delivered instantly. They still require the same amount of time to process as any other reward.

What do I need to do in order to receive a PayPal reward?
A:
Before placing your reward order, make sure the email address in your E-Poll profile matches your PayPal account. If they do not match, your order will be cancelled. We cannot send PayPal credits to alternate email addresses.

I ordered a PayPal reward but have not yet received the credit?
A:
PayPal deposits should appear within a day after being listed as shipped in your Activity Summary. If there is a problem with your PayPal account and we cannot make the deposit, your reward order will be cancelled. You will then need to place a new order.
Q:
How many points do I receive for taking surveys?
A:
Point values vary depending on the length and type of survey. For example, a video survey that has many questions might be worth 1000 points, while a basic survey might be worth 200 points.

How many points do I have in my account?

Your current point total can be found in your activity
summary.
Q:
How do I redeem my points for a reward?
A:
The E-Poll Rewards Store makes it easy to
redeem your points. You can shop like you would at any other online store, and the best part is that it
doesn't cost you a penny to check out!
Q:
When should I expect to receive my reward?
A:
All rewards, including those delivered electronically, are typically sent within 6-8 weeks. However, this timeframe is only an estimate. Occasionally it may take more (or less) time.
When your reward has been shipped, it will be noted in your
activity summary.
Q:
It has been longer than 8 weeks and my reward still has not been shipped. Is there a problem?
A:
Don't worry, we have not forgotten about you. Sometimes we receive an above average volume of orders that takes us longer to process. Please be assured that your reward is still being processed and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Q:
Can I change or cancel my reward request?
A:
Unfortunately, all request orders are final once submitted and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Q:
I ordered a reward and my points were deducted, but I haven't received the reward yet.
A:
Points are deducted upon Rewards Store checkout. Your reward is being processed and will be shipped to you
shortly. You may view your order history (including points earned and spent) from the
activity summary page.
Q:
Will my E-Poll points ever expire?
A:
E-Poll points never expire as long as you complete at least one survey every 12 months and your account
is in good standing. For more information, please see our Terms
and Conditions.
Q:
Every time I click on the E-Poll Rewards Store link, it sends me to a page that tells me to return to the E-Poll home page and login to enter the store. I've logged in successfully but I still can't get to the store. Why is this happening?
A:
This behavior happens for one of two reasons: either the settings on your computer do not allow for "cookies" (see http://www.cookiecentral.com/faq/ for more information) or you have changed your web browser preferences to prohibit the reloading (and refreshing) of Web pages that have been previously visited and stored in its cache.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer, you must set your "Cache Settings" to "Automatic" (instructions to do this can be found on this page). For the Mozilla or Netscape Web browsers, you must set your Cache Settings to "When the page is out of date" (good instructions for changing this can be found here.)
Q:
How do I check the status of my E-Poll reward order?
A:
You may see your reward redemption status and point history on the
activity summary page. Orders are marked
as "shipped" when they are mailed out from our facility or sent electronically.
Q:
Is there any way to track the progress of my reward order before it is shipped? How about during
shipping?
A:
Not at this time. Our system can only display the date when the order was placed and when it has shipped.
We are unable to track shipments after
they have been mailed.
Q:
The activity summary page shows my reward was shipped over two weeks ago, but I haven't received it.
A:
Amazon, PayPal and donations are sent electronically. All other E-Poll rewards are sent via US Postal Service First Class mail. Both methods are extremely reliable, however E-Poll does not guarantee delivery of either. This is noted in our Rewards Store prior to checkout.
